When building your Zapps, you may run into instances where images contained in your Zapps do not load properly. This is often due to the images being hosted in a separate system that requires login. To fix this issue, you can use the "Data Tunneling" setting for the image control.
To enable Data Tunneling, first click the wrench icon to open the Web Properties dialog.
Navigate to the Properties tab. Data Tunneling is included at the bottom under "Advanced properties."
Three settings are available:
- Automatic (default): Uses the direct link to the image if the Capriza Engine detects that login is not required.
- Yes: Uses the image data itself, rather than the direct link.
- No: Uses the direct link to the image.
Select "No." Retest your Zapp to confirm the image now render.
