Clearing the Cache on a Mobile Device

A user can clear the entire zapp cache or remove individual entries from the cache. The following article provides instructions for both options.

 

Removing Individual Cache Entries

 

To remove an individual entry from the cache on the mobile device, when the cache popover appears, swipe the entry you wish to remove to the left to delete it from the cache history.

 

Disabling Caching

 

Input cache is on by default. To disable input cache, start the Zapp and select "Settings."

 

 

To disable caching, toggle off "Save from values to history." Note: Disabling the cache will not automatically delete cached values. If you disable the cache and later re-enable it, the cached values will reappear.

 

To clear the cache, select "Clear History." You will be asked to confirm your selection.
