The steps to set up the Capriza Active Directory Sync tool hosted by Capriza are as follows.
- Review the Active Directory Configuration and make changes accordingly, including setting up user groups as described and provisioning a service account if you do not already have one.
- Ensure that the Capriza cloud can reach your Active Directory server. This may require working with Capriza to set static routes or make host file entries on Capriza servers.
- Contact your Customer Success Manager or Support to set up an installation call.
- During the installation call, a Capriza representative will collaborate with your team to configure the software. We will collect the information requested in the Active Directory Configuration document so that we can configure and test the sync.
