How to follow metrics in WorkSimple

When a user runs a Zapp in WorkSimple for the very first time that has Business Alerts enabled, he will be asked to allow push notifications for WorkSimple.

Once the Zapp is run for the first time, we are now able to show the Card and start sending push notifications.



A user can open the WorkSimple Settings menu and select whether to receive push notifications for each Zapp.




Drilling into each Zapp allows you to turn notifications and Cards on/off for each metric in the Zapp and choose notifications frequency. Three options are provided for notification frequency:

  • Provide updates when available
  • Once a day
  • Once a week
