Identify what type of notification you are grabbing. Notifications are divided into three types:

  • Error
  • Info
  • Warning

If a warning notification is selected, you will also be prompted to select its corresponding severity indicator. This may be an icon, text, etc., depending on the source system.

The Designer will prompt you to check if the notification text is correct.

Click correct, and the control will be captured. If you click incorrect, the Designer will ask you to try to capture the Notification again.

Styling Notifications

By default, the notification icon is displayed in the page header.

You can also choose to remove it from the Header template and instead display it in the page body.

Using the In Line Editor (ILE), you can style your notification, including the option to have the notification list automatically expand upon update.
